ATIF is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at MAT. He has more than 20 years of enterprise marketing experience in the regions of Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), with particular expertise in building high-performing teams and creating sales and marketing strategies that help organizations scale and transform. He develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance market positioning. He also oversees the creation and management of the marketing budget, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
Atif leads cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, public relations, advertising, and content creation, to execute marketing plans. He analyzes market trends and consumer behavior data to identify opportunities for growth and areas that need improvement. He guides the brand development process, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels. He collaborates with the sales department to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies, driving revenue growth. Additionally, he measures and reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, using KPIs to assess effectiveness and ROI.
Atif has also conducted training sessions, seminars, and events for both the corporate sector and students.
